1. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
2. Cancellation Period
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
3. Address
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Name of Jimdo Shop Owner’s shop/business, Address, postal code and country, phone number and email address) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory. 4. Compliance with the Deadline
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification regarding your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
6. Right of Retention
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
7. Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
8. Return Costs
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
9. Compensation for Loss of Value in Contracts for the Supply of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
